We offer authentication either through a static IP address whitelist, which once set up you have full control over through your Client Portal, or by username/password.
Our preferred method is static IP address whitelist as this is the most secure, however we understand that this isn't suitable for all our customers, so you can choose username/password if you wish.
If you want to change your authentication method, please open a support ticket and we'll look to arrange this at the earliest opportunity.
